The indigenous would typically drink \u201cchicha\u201d, a fermented corn drink, and play during their ceremonies or settle differences by throwing a disc made of real gold.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, the game is enjoyed while drinking a beer instead of chicha and a steel disc instead of gold. The cancha is sometimes free as long as you are consuming beer or there is a rental fee for a certain amount of time. It\u2019s best to throw the tejo underhanded. If no one hits <strong>anything, the player closest to the metal ring for that round gets 1 point.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mano: <\/strong>Closest to the ring for that round = 1 point<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mecha: <\/strong>Explosion of the triangular paper = 3 points<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Embocinada: <\/strong>Lands in the center of the ring = 6 points<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mo\u00f1ona: <\/strong>Explosion + Center of the Ring = 9 points<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The first person to get 27 points wins.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>To be honest, once you start having a few beers it gets difficult to keep up with the points system.
